ARE WE THERE YET?
As young adults, we go through many milestones and transitions in life. We graduate, start work, change jobs, explore relationships, grow in our calling, and navigate new seasons of responsibility — often within a relatively short window of time.
As we move from one stage to the next in “adulting”, it’s easy to feel adrift, lost, or overwhelmed — far from “having it all together”, and instead filled with more questions than answers. When we reach a milestone we once longed for, we may still find ourselves asking: what’s next?
Join us for this retreat as we slow down together as a YA/YA+ community, to discover and reflect on how God has been, is, and will be at work in our lives through every season — whether quiet, hidden, and ordinary, or prominent, productive, and full.
Let us make room in our hearts to seek God as one Body, and consider what we need to surrender, what to take hold of, and how we can press on toward the call that God has for us as His beloved disciples.

GENERAL INFORMATION AND IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Retreat Schedule & Venue Info
• YA/YA+ Retreat 2026 will start at 12pm on 30 July and end at 12pm on 2 Aug, at Pulai Springs Resort, JB.
• For more information on the Resort or its location, please refer to the information available online.
Transport
• Transport / Coach is not included in the Retreat Package / Fees.
• Participants are encouraged to make your own transport arrangements (in groups, for safety) to the resort and back.
• However, if you need help and would like to take a chartered coach (eg from Kum Yan to Pulai Springs and back), please indicate your interest in the form. If there is enough interest / need, the Retreat Team will look into chartering a bus to bring participants to and from the retreat. Do note that additional fees (approx SGD25 to SGD35, subject to changes) will apply.
Retreat Package & Accommodation
• Rates published are nett, per person, for accommodation and most meals (3xB, 2xL, 2xD). Participants will have to bring money for personal expenses including 1 lunch and 1 dinner outside (during R&R time).
• Rooming will be on Twin Sharing basis ie two persons in a room (3rd / 4th persons only for children sharing parents' room), ladies with ladies and gents with gents only, except for spouses and/or child(ren) rooming with parent(s). Extra beds are limited, and will be strictly reserved for children sharing their parents’ rooms.
• Please indicate your preferred roommate in the form below. The registration team will do their best to room campers according to their preferred roommate. Participants who do not / are unable to indicate a preferred roommate will be assigned a suitable one by the Registration Team.
• Apartment style accommodation for up to 6 persons per apartment (3 bedrooms, 2 persons per bedroom) have been reserved for our group. The Camp Team is looking forward to us having lots of quality time together in small groups in addition to our time as one big combined young adults family. Let us make the most of the time we have together to get to know and go deeper in spiritual friendship and fellowship with one another!
• Apartment arrangements will be finalized by the registration team.
Fees & Payment
• Full payment of camp fees should be made upon registration, unless otherwise arranged with Queenie.
• Please feel free to contact Queenie if you need to work out any alternative arrangements for fees payment eg payment by instalments or application for financial assistance. Please don't be bogged down by "paiseh". Rather, let us trust God and be proactive and intentional to communicate needs and work together to do what we need to do to make going to Retreat happen!
• Online payment is preferred via the following platforms:

• Please indicate “YART26 ” as payment reference.
• Withdrawal after the closing date is subject to a cancellation charge of $20 for individuals and $50 for families. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after 21 June 2026.
Other Matters
• Please complete one registration for each participant.
• Participants should check that their own passports are valid for at least 6 months, inclusive of the Camp dates.
• Participants renewing their passports are requested to text / email your new passport details to Queenie (91180822 / queenie@kumyan.org.sg) as soon as it is available.
• Participants holding passports from China, Myanmar, India require a Visa to enter Malaysia and should personally apply for it before travel.
• Travel insurance is not included in the Retreat Fees. Participants may apply for travel insurance at their own discretion.
