REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS | 报名条件与规定
• Rates published are nett, per person, for accommodation and meals (except for lunch on 20 June).
在此所刊登的个人营费为净价, 包括住宿及每日三餐 (除了6月20日的午餐)。
• Full payment should be made upon registration. Online payment is preferred (Bank Transfer: DBS 0039009933 | PayNow UEN: S87CC0539BAC2). Indicate “FC25 <Camper’s Name>” as payment reference. Payment by Cash will be accepted at the Registration Counter on Sundays or at the KY Office during the week.
报名时需全额付款。首选是在线支付（银行转账：DBS 0039009933 或 PayNow UEN: S87CC0539BAC2）请在 “UEN/Bill Reference No.” 上注明：“FC25<姓名>”。若以现金支付，您可在主日登记柜台或与教会办公室报名时，一起付款。
• Withdrawal after the closing date is subject to a cancellation charge of $35 for individuals and $60 for family registration. There will be no refunds for withdrawals after 18 May 2025.
若在报名截止后要退出, 个人注册需扣除35元作为手续费, 而家庭注册则需扣除60元作为手续费。若5月18日以后退出, 所缴的营费将不予退款。
• Triple-sharing for students (≥13yo) and adults is NOT encouraged. Availability of extra beds is extremely limited, and will be strictly reserved for families with children (4-12yo) sharing their parents’ rooms. However, if oversubscribed, the Camp Committee may need to assign them based on respective families’ needs.
由于额外床位数量极其有限，我们不鼓励三人同房。三人同房仅供有孩子（4-12 岁）与父母同住的家庭使用。但是，如果超额预订，营会委员会根据各个家庭的需求进行分配。
• Families with 4 or more paying participants may opt in for the “Parents' Discount” - additional 5% discount off parents’ camp fees (only).
家庭优惠折扣-当报名家庭成员有4位或以上的付费成员，父母可享有5%折扣。
• Campers who do not indicate their preferred roommate will have suitable roommates assigned by the Registration Team.
若你没有填上同房者的姓名, 我们会为你安排一位适合的营友.
• Campers should check that their own passports are valid for at least 6 months, inclusive of the Camp dates. Campers renewing their passports are requested to email your new passport details to familycamp@kumyan.org.sg as soon as it is available.
护照最少须有六个月的有效期. 若你正在更换新的护照, 得到新护照后, 请将你的护照号码及有效期告诉登记处或电邮致 familycamp@kumyan.org.sg
• Campers holding passports from China, Myanmar, India require a Visa to enter Malaysia and should personally apply for it before travel.
若你是持有中国, 缅甸或印度护照的, 你必须在去马来西亚之前, 自行申请签证.
• Travel insurance is not included in the Camp Fees. Campers may apply for travel insurance at their own discretion.
此营费不包括旅游保险, 须自行购买.
